In the Salamanca neighborhood, this apartment project located right next to Goya Metro Station uniquely incorporates one of the district's historically significant facades.
The heart of Spain's capital houses the well-known Salamanca district, a hallmark of Madrid's distinctive status. Urbanized in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Salamanca's affluent neighborhood became a defining area for the city's bourgeoisie, securing its place as one of Madrid's wealthiest districts.

The project proposed shifting the staircase, aiming to reproduce all its intricate details faithfully. However, it had to contend with Madrid's stringent regulations concerning the conservation of patrimonial and historic elements.
Despite these challenges, the project set out to showcase an exceptional, and much-needed solution, which eventually resulted in the approval of the license thanks to the superior quality and precision of the research work involved.
